Network Speed Testing Service

The network group provides this page as a way to test your network speed when reporting network performance problems from off campus to advisor@andrew.cmu.edu. When asked to perform a speed test please enter in a session name that can be tracked back to you via the server logs. Putting your andrew userid in the session ID and something indicating what network you're testing would be best. i..e 'ju22-home'.
